Shellseekers Fish & Game located at the famous Borough Market is known for our excellent selection of quality seafood ranging from fresh local fish, shellfish, cured and smoked fish and game products.
The business has been running for over 27 years, from humble beginnings at a rented table in Borough Market to an established stall with a pride of place. Darren Brown has been a long-standing trader at Borough, very much one of the founding members.

We operate under the Marine Management Operation
Our game meats venison and wild boar are carefully sourced, with every animal tagged for traceability.
Venison stalking is undertaken by a small team of professional stalkers to ensure the utmost animal welfare.
Our game meat is strictly government-controlled, and all of our meats comply with handling and hygiene regulations. We stock venison, wild boar, and a range of game birds.

Along the way, although Shellseekers may rebrand and change its appearance The diver in Shellseekers Fish and Game logo will always remain, he holds a very sentimental place in the history of Shellseekers.
He was drawn by ex-British Royal Navy submarine rescue pilot Mark “Buck” Taylor, whom Darren holds in very high regard, Darren is honoured to be godfather to his son Harvey.
